Where All the StreetCars Went

One of my fellow Metrobloggers was talking about how we could use a better metro subway or rail transit system here in the Twin Cities. It got me thinking more about the streetcars being pulled out of service so suddenly in the 50s and inspired some research into the subject that I’ve meant to do for a long time.
I just added a good post on the Minneapolis Metroblog that I dont really want to cross-post here in it’s entiretly. But it’s interesting so go read it.
