Mrs. Marv’s Cliche Looks Delicious

Every cook has their go-to ingredients and I sometimes feel like I’m not stretching enough by getting too stuck on my standbys. Mrs. Marv is one-stop shopping for me to change up my cooking habits/ruts. We both have our frequently used ingredients, but they’re different and tend to be pretty complementary. The recipes that Mrs. Marv posts are always interesting and frequently amazing. She’s a bit of an kitchen experimentation freak…exercise suitable caution.

I can’t give my official opinion of her latest post –Crusted Goat Cheese Salad with Wasabi Vinaigrette – as I have yet to make it. Though, most of my favorites from her contain goat cheese for some reason. Not that it’s necessarily my favorite thing in the world, she just uses it well. This one’s all about the goat cheese.
