What the hell is Viagra *Professional*?

I’m not sure why I decided to actually look at this spam that poked its way through my filters. A couple things struck me as funny, though. (See the notes attached to the flickr photo) I’m most curous about Viagra Professional. Really? What if I only feel like an novice Viagra user? Is there another variety I should look into?
