L’art du silence is quieter still.

Responsible for keeping l’art du silence alive post-WWII, Marcel Marceau inspired countless others including Michael Jackson whose moonwalk was borrowed from Marceau’s Walking Against the Wind. I was fortunate to see him perform once, but I’m sad that I won’t have the chance again. Marceau died yesterday at age 84. No cause of death was given. RIP, Bip.
