braintoast is an e-zine with no real purpose or goal created by mister jason™.

This website is currently built with Jekyll. It began as a completely hand coded website before CSS even existed(!) At various points, it’s been generated using sort of a CMS I built using PERL, then Movable Type, then WordPress for a very, very long time.

I’ve come to prefer static site generators like Jekyll for sites like this, so one week in November of 2021 I started untangling everything from WordPress and began the necessary cleanup to migrate the site.

As I write this, the production deployment lives on Netlify.
